New to Pilates

So I cant afford reformer pilates studio so I just decided to do home mat pilates and I am currently doing Move with Nicole's beginner classes on youtube. My question is, how long should i do the beginners videos before i move to the next? I wanna do it consistently (everyday if possible since i cant end my day without finishing my apple watch exercise rings but they say you need to rest to see results) but im still recovering from my first ever session 2 days ago. My muscles still hurts ðŸ˜
