I am a trans man (he/him) and today I finally got my outer labias pierced. I wanted it done for quite a while and found an excellent piercer for it. She was super nice and professional and very clean and gave me care instructions etc. I also googled around to learn a bit more about the healing process but a lot of information differs from each other.

Maybe somebody hear can clear things up for me a little bit.

How long is the healing process usually. I read 4-6 weeks but also read half a year. I usually heal right on schedule no matter what is healing so it would be good to know for me to see if it's doing well.

When can I resume sexual activity? For this I read 2-4 weeks but that leaves the question about it possibly interfering with the healing process, I guess? Logically I would figure, if the piercings aren't agitated, it should be fine?

That also leads me to general physical activity, walking, dancing, etc?
