Is my nostril piercing okay?

Hi there!! I got nostril piercings on both nostrils back in may. I had a bump on my right side that would go away and come back. I would soak it in saline and then I decided to just leave it alone aside from the usual daily cleaning. This morning I looked at it and there was a puss filled numb near the piercing. I pressed it with a q-tip and it popped. It’s now open and idk if this is bad or not? What should I do? Healing my septum was so easy idk how to deal with this 😭
