Hii, so I had my septum pierced in April, it's healed beautifully and is perfect rn, but my piercer told me I have a deviated septum (she still managed to pierce it straight, I think she touched the cartilage on the left side because it was painful there, but it didn't change anything else and still healed as it was supposed to). I was pierced with 1.2 mm, and want to stretch it to something like 2.5 or 3 mm (for now), I already bought the pinchers in every in between size possible on Body art form and got matching circular barbells, in every size needed. I've read that I'll need to wait approximately 2 months in between stretches, I don't plan on forcing on it, did my research, I should be fine on the stretching process.
Now I tried to look for people talking about it on internet but couldn't find anything, so..
Is there any danger or issue in stretching a deviated septum? I have no idea if my septum being deviated even changes anything besides making breathing slightly more annoying, and I was wondering if it could maybe make breathing harder, or if the stretch itself could be dangerous to my cartilage or something?
Thanks to anyone that answers, and it's okay if y'all don't have an answer, I'll try and figure out by myself if needed!
