I've had it for about 4 months now, or very close to 4 months. I had an irritation bump for awhile, thought it was going away, switched to a hoop and it got all nasty. Switched it back to my titanium stud a few weeks ago and I just still have a small irritation bump. Some people are saying to not spin it or not to push it up and clean around it (I use saline solution), some are saying it's okay to push it up a bit and clean it, I also read to simply not push it up at all and pour saline around it and then splash your face with water. Im confused at which way im supposed to clean it with the saline since this bump isn't going away, it's much smaller but it's still there.
