I've noticed that a lot of people have posted looking for pictures of v labrets empty or with retainers, and took a few pictures as I was changing out my jewelry before work.

The piercing is well-healed, with a tiny scarring under the lip. I'm comfortable with leaving the jewelry out for an hour or two if needed, say for an interview or a video call with my grandparents, but I prefer to keep the retainer in, as it does get a bit tight if I forget to put it in quickly after I'm done. That being said, I've forgotten it for up to ten hours and slipped my jewelry right back in with a bit of waterbased lube afterwards.
