Hello! I'm 24 years old, and got my ears re pierced about a week ago. When I was in middle school, I went to Claires and got them pierced with the gun. My cat then tore one of them out, and the other almost all the way. Both of my ears got scar tissue, and I never thought I could get them redone. I finally went and asked, and the piercer said yes, and pierced them both.
It's now been a little over a week, and they're still fairly sore if I touch them. I spray H2ocean on them 2-3 times a day, and only rotate them to get the formula in the piercing. I do sleep on them, and accidentally hit them sometimes, but they aren't really hot to the touch or anything.
Is this fairly normal? I'm just freaked out because my last piercings did not go well. Every time I took out my old earrings and put new ones in, it'd hurt REALLY bad. I'm worried something will go wrong, again.
