I've got no other piercings but I always wanted to get a nipple piercing. I'm worried though about how it is to have it longterm. Many guys that I knew they had now don't have them because of "issues" they faced.

Firstly, it's the healing period. Are they that timely to heal? Like it takes a year or so?

Then, what about sweating? I sweat a lot, even in winter I will sweat and I work out a lot, is this an issue?

The care of the piercing is it just to rinse it with sterile saline?

And after the piercing moment how long will you feel it that a needle pierced your skin?
