Is my industrial ugly?

I had it for like 4 years and took it out like 2 years ago. I finally went to get it redone a month ago and it's healing really poorly. I don't remember it hurting this much. I feel like you can barely see it, it's pressed up against my ear instead of floating, and it's healing bumpy and I can't make it go away. Take it out or give it time?
