Ear pierced as an athlete

Im a soccer player and I just got an ear piercing (left ear) and I can’t take it out for a month, I wonder, if any athletes or anyone in general knows how I can hide it ? I was thinking band aids or tape, but any ideas ?

When I played soccer, softball, tennis, and swimming back in my highschool days, I’d put in a glass retainer for my piercings and then cover them with band aids or tape
