belly button piercing fine or something wrong?

I use saline solution twice a day, usually forget though. The piercing is about 3 months old, maybe a bit older and there is some pus like substance that comes out sometimes. Also it doesn’t hurt but it does OCCASIONALLY hurt. For some reason it hurt quite a bit yesterday night but today it’s perfectly fine on the pain scale.
