I got my VCH pierced last week and I was really worried about the pain in the hour before the appt, so I thought I’d give my review in case anyone was considering it. When the needle went through it did hurt p bad and I did curse involuntarily, but that pain literally was over before I opened my mouth, it only lasted while the needle was my skin so it was over immediately. I didn’t kick my piercer or move my legs which I was worried about. The needle had a little taper on it which didn’t hurt at all. On the drive home it felt kind of uncomfortable to brake. Cleaning it hurt for the next 3 days but it was fine. I worked 2 shifts as a barista the 2 days afterward and was fine, it didn’t interfere with my movement.
