Advice on first ear piercing (missing part of earing)

Post Body

So I got my ears first pierced a bit ago, it's 1 week until the 6 week mark. Unfortunately last night i was scratching my ear and finger slipped and accidentally the front side of my piercing. Felt a bit sore but it's happened before and let it slide. I just found out when taking a shower today that the back part of the piercing that screws in to hold it in place is gone. I tried looking for it but couldn't find it. So I can either go to a piercing shop and get a new set put in , or put it some nicer ones I got from Zales but are very small hoop looking rings that hug the earlobe. I know I'm supposed to wait before switching out but I don't want this to end up falling out now. Any advice?
