Stuck bead on nipple piercing

How can I loosen stuck beads on my barbells? I’ve tried nitrile gloves and a bead clamp to hold one end, and neither worked. I can’t get either side to loosen up.
How can they be so tight?
They are the original barbells from when I got pierced 6 months ago.
