I have severe sleep apnea, mostly due to the shape of my palate so I will always need a cpap. I did some research before my piercing and couldn’t find a definite answer. My piercer said to let him know 😂
I’m happy to report that after 6 and a half weeks it is healed and changed with no issue or pain. Having filtered air over it all night seems to have really helped with the process. Even if it was sore at night, I would wake up with it feeling better.
Clearly this is ONLY my experience but I thought it would help some to have a first hand experience :)
