Hello. I have (in my opinion) a very well done and healed set of nipple piercings going on 1.5 years now. Done by a reputable piercing shop that I have absolute confidence in. The piercing on my right breast does experience some extreme sensitivity to the point of pain on occasion. There is no discharge or swelling, nothing visible to the eye.
I am very gentile with them and have never knocked it or damaged the piercing in any way. There are long periods where I donβt experience this and then there will be 2-3 day with major sensitivity issues and then she is back to normal!
My question is: Is this a normal thing to experience with nipple piercings?
I know the nipple is already a very sensitive area could I just be overly cautious or should I be worried?
