Is this a keyloid or normal healing ?

Hey guys ,
My girlfriend recently had her nipples pierced and an industrial piercing roughly 2 weeks ago and I’m noticing some bumps forming on the inside of the ear by the piercing holes for the industrial.
They look like scar tissue or maybe even a keyloid but I don’t see anything of the sort on the nipples so im kind of confused.
I’ve attatched a photo and circled the bumps in question
