What are the odds of a captive bead ring getting knocked out on a roller coaster?

I have a titanium captive bead ring in my conch and I'm going to a theme park with my family in a few weeks. I'm worried about the bead getting knocked out on a ride. The bead has only ever fallen out once when I was putting earrings in my 3rd lobe piercing. I question the quality of the jewelry because it came from Spencer's. I'm not sure about changing out the jewelry, because it's only 3 months old, and presumably not fully healed. I'd be putting a surgical steel clicker ring in it if I did change out the jewelry.
