I’ve retired a helix and a second lobe piercing, but months later both still hurt to touch and I feel like there’s inflammation around the piercing site. It doesn’t look like there’s a bump on either, but they feel like cystic acne. Under the skin, irritated, hurt to touch, definitely needs something to come out but there’s nothing I can do about it unless I wanna take a needle to my ear (again lol). I know my ears can be sensitive to certain metals, but I don’t know which ones and I’m not sure if that’s why this keeps happening.
I have a ton of face piercings and my first lobes are fine!
