8 months healed - pierced correctly? Stretching?

The piercer i went to seems to intentionally pierce nipples at 16g so they can sell more of their own brand of nipple jewelry. I know now from this sub that they need to be 14g in order to be structurally sound and as I’ve ripped my nipple once before I don’t want to take that chance. I want to get these stretched but first I want to make sure they’re pierced in the right spot and won’t give me any issues. They healed well and I’ve had no issues with them but I cant tell if the left is placed incorrectly or if the right is just a larger nipple. Do they look correct and ok to stretch to 14?
