To ppl who wear makeup/skincare/etc

Hello! I've been planning on getting a nose piercing for my upcoming bday. I have ear piercings but, yk, I don't typically put makeup on my ears. What should I do after I get my piercing when I want to do my makeup or anything like that? Would it be okay to just apply it normally or should I be taking it out beforehand? Should I avoid putting anything on my face when it's been freshly pierced (and if so, how long until I can put things like moisturizer and fountain on)?
