So I got my nose and nipples pierced a little over a month ago and my nose is kinda infected I think. I can't get anything out of it like pus if I push on it but it's got a kinda squishy bump on the outside of my nose and a bigger hard one inside my nostril and the hole doesn't really seem to heal. I've rinsed it multiple times a day I've taken it out and soaked it with saline and even tried peroxide and it doesn't really seem to go away.

My right nipple isn't really red but is periodically more tender than the left and has yellowish cloudy liquid coming out if I put even slight pressure on it. These I know take longer to heal the left one has a tiny amount of a more milky stuff that comes out that inwas told was normal but the right side produces more of it and it's turned yellow and kinda sticky. Again I've soaked with saline/salt water I have even done peroxide a couple times and it doesn't seem to be helping either inREALLY don't wanna take them out and have to get them redone after they heal. Any advice?
