Nose ring cleaning

I have multiple piercings. And clean them every day. But I’ve had my nose ring for years. And my nose hole ALWAYS SMELLS. I use Neli Med Piercing after care to clean all my piercings. But nose still always smells. I even change my ring often and clean & soak them, I’ve even removed it for a while. And yes I know it’s a common thing with piercings. But any one have any recommendations on any better options?!
