theyd likley do the exact opposite. things that cost the least will get the biggest hikes for a greater net profit. the items that are already high would be raised a small amount as to not scare customers off

this is kinda common sense now. when a store got rid of sales and made there prices low, they almost went out of buisness, so they put iup "on sale" stickers and business picked up again
