Hey all, I'm polishing up Chopin's famous piece Fantasie Impromptu and I'm unable to accent certain keys. Starting from the 13th measure, the first notes of each sixteenth bundle (I lack musical terminology sorry) are accented. I'm able to pronounce those keys as it's my thumb playing them and it's almost natural for me to be able to conciously play those louder. But the problem comes at the 17th measure which has the accent above the second note in each bundle of sixteenth notes. This requires my pinky finger to hit the note loudly and I'm really struggling to make them louder. At the same time, it's hard for me to make the thumb quieter during those notes.
