Technique: wrist circles, Taubman

Post Body
I find wrist circles helpful when I play, and enjoy practicing them on their own. (Ex, fingers 12345 dipping down then rising up.)
I also like using forearm rotation (the doorknob-turning action) that I associate with Taubman. Especially for supporting fingers 4 & 5.
My challenge is how to combine them. Or should I? If I'm playing a simple pattern of fingers 12345, my wrist will dip then rise back up (circles). Rising while rotating "downward" onto finger 5 seems unfeasable.
