Need some advice.
I’ve been offered an EM position and am discussing salary and benefits soon.
I am 3yrs out of school with 1.5yrs in UC and 1.5 in ER.
I am in northeast currently making 77$ an hour at community hospital without any bonus and 120hrs pto
New job offer is with a better bigger community hospital. Any tips on what I can negotiate and what I should maybe ask for with salary. This is definitely a weak point of mine.
