What do you look at during an Eval?
Post Body
I am a first year DPT student and we just started our second term. This past week has been a lot about what we should look at during the subjective and objective portions of our eval. However, besides the soap notes, there have been many acronyms like SINSS and LOCIDAA thrown out there which I feel is making this a bit overwhelming for me. I'm just wondering in like laymans terms what is your thought process and what are you really looking at during an EVAL?
Thank You so much
