What companies hires felons or is felony friendly?

Still can't believe this is a hard question for people. What companies hire felons or is felony friendly? Bf has a felony in child support from KY paid off last year and has trouble trying to find any kind of work. He's looking to work in IT that seems to be really hard to come by. We live in the east valley and he's looking for work in that area or north phx/desert ridge/deer valley.
He's spoken to a ton of staffing agencies which are not helping.
