Are the girls here more attractive and better quality than those in Pattaya?

So what I’ve heard from a few is that the girls in Phuket are on another level than those in Pattaya in terms of overall attractiveness, and better quality. A friend has been going to Thailand for sex for the last 20 years and mostly Pattaya and said this.
What are your thoughts or they’re much the same?
