With the passing or Actor Rolando Valdez, i see alot of people saying âgrabe parang ang successful naman niya, bakit ganon ang nangyari?â Or âparang ang saya saya naman niya pero bat niya nagawa iyon?â It only shows that we all have inner battles that we fight everyday, we struggle everyday to function and not a single soul in the world would know about it. Thatâs why i am here today. To ask you âKAMUSTA KA?â We donât always get that question because of the hustle and bustle of everyday life. But maybe this is the time when you ask yourself my question, âkamusta nga ba ako?â
Puro ka lang ba âgrindâ sa work and nakakalimutan mo na huminga?
Are you masking what you are feeling? A facade that you show other people para hindi nila mahalata na youâre going thru something?
Would you rather say âgwenchanaâ nalang sa mga taong nasa paligid mo but deep inside youâre hurting?
Anxiety this coming exams week right before your christmas break that no one asks you about how youâre feeling?
A small win or maybe a big win that no one ask you about? Let me congratulate you on your success.
If ever you need someone to talk to, letâs talk about it. I wonât judge. Besides, iâm just a stranger that is offering his ears to listen.
