I'm a wanna-be trainer/coach who's trying to gain experience and earn a bit more so I can be certified. I want to be a Certified Strength and Conditioning Speciliast® of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (USA).
My qualifications so far
My current profession is in the biological and life sciences. I'm familiar with human anatomy, biomechanics, food science, and nutrition. I'd like to add sports science to the list soon.
I've informally trained friends and teammates (I'm part of a sports team)
My training philosophy
For overall fitness:
Holistic health that prioritizes strength, speed, mobility, and injury prevention, all with the goal of longevity and sustainability
For sport:
Same as Overall Fitness but with sport performance, depending on the needs of the athlete
I have one client now. We just finished our first month and proceeding with the second. I'm looking for more. I can do in-person or online training. For in-person training, I can keep my base rate if you are within the following areas
Marikina
Pasig
San Juan
Mandaluyong
Certain parts of:
Antipolo City
Quezon City
Cainta
Any farther and I will probably have to increase my base rate to compensate the travel
