not in the best shape of my life rn, been there multiple times though (cutting rn but not aggressive)
been training for 3-4 years? 5 if we count like the unserious times
for running, i only do 5k’s (30:24 pr). will not do any longer than that haha sorry (i like walking though)
for lifting, im in an upper lower split. you could follow my workouts or just do your thing and just talk in between sets. i prefer the latter tbh
about you:
