Walang budget pambili ng contraceptive? You have no right to fuck. If condom/pills pa lang, wala na pambili paano pa gatas, etc or pang abort? Or pera for medical stuff in case of STD.
Meron budget pero chose not to use them. You have no right to fuck. Common sense is pretty uncommon nowadays unfortunately. Unless you’ve plans to abort in case of an accident or you want a family, just don’t fuck without being safe.
