It’s been 1 year since i started working out kaso i seem to lack consistency to actually see results :”) I think it would help me if i had accountability buddies, maybe other people who are also struggling to be consistent at the gym or gym rats who are willing to help out !!
Right now, I just started my annual membership at slimmers (SM North Towers branch) !! My fitness goal aside from overall health is to be able to do my first pull up !!
