LF Gym Buddy sa baranggay gym namin. Pay for your own fee. 50 pesos outsider. I live in QC maganda equipment nila and we can bring equipment as well. Pwede din libre ko na kayo just teach me proper form and what not.
There's also Tai chi and pickle ball on some days. Inquire ko lang if you're interested.
My target pala is to lose weight and gain muscle. Dati nako nag 58kg pero nag 75kg ako ulit due to hypothyroidism. 🙂
