  ALL Posts regarding updates or issues involving the subreddit itself should be tagged as [META] and be PMed via ModMail for approval as shown below:

• No daydreaming or stream of consciousness posts.

  PHR4R is a place NOT for venting or sharing your thoughts. It's for looking for people to have experiences with. Posts that do this will get 7 day temp-bans on moderator's discretion.

• No Spamming

  Accounts will be allowed to post once every 72 hours. This rule may be relaxed depending on the user's intentions with their post.

  New accounts will also be very likely to end up getting filtered. Please message via moderator mail to get your post approved. We reserve the right to disapprove posts based on low-effort and/or low-quality content.

• No advertising of Group Conversations across any platform
