28 [M4A] How do you persuade people to sponsor your athletic endeavors?

I do martial arts, and I don't think I'm great, but I'd say I'm pretty. I've joined local tournaments already and have won 3 medals in all of them. I have at least 2 more coming.
I'd like to compete at the Worlds tournament in November. Estimated costsl of everything from the plane ticket to the pocket money is P150K. I've been an academic scholar before, but this is the first time I'll try to be an "athletic scholar".
My main question is very general question: What can I do to get sponsors?
Some sub-questions are: What platforms can I use? What can I promise them in return besides getting a medal?
