Since people seem to like having themselves rated around here, I figured I would go ahead and provide my own opinion as well.

LET ME RATE YOUR VOICE - No, not your singing voice, but your SPEAKING voice.

I am not gonna claim to be an expert, but I do have some background in a lot of voice-related work which I think will help. Plus, I've always had an auditory fixation ever since I can remember, so I have been rating people's voices most of my life, hehe.
