Hi! I'm a certified fitness and strength coach and a graduate of Exercise and Sports Science that is passionate about health and wellness and also to help people. I'm open to topics about relationship, dating, pain and struggle, success and failure, mental health, setting boundaries, how to truly love yourself, how to heal your inner child, how to stand up against bullies and narcissists, protecting your peace, etc. I would love to talk as long as you are a respectful, friendly, not a dry communicator, not a ghoster, and not a heartless person.
This post is only for those who are genuinely interested. I have tough challenges that I face everyday and ayaw ko ng may magpabigat pa sa dinadala ko so being a kind stranger would be highly appreciated.
Remember, Growth is painful. Change is painful. But nothing is more painful than staying stuck in somewhere you don't belong. The first step in achieving something you don't have is to believe that you can achieve it. Believe and then take the steps necessary to reach that. You are stronger than you think so never give up. Even if you fall down again and again, stand up again and again and keep fighting!
