I don't use photoshop but my wife does, so I come here for her.

She uses photoshop 2019 and since she reinstalled windows on an SSD (and also emptied her other partitions), she has freezes from time to time. The program stops working, meaning she can't click or anything. She is then obliged to close and reopen photoshop to continue working.

We tried to reinstall it, to update her graphic card, to switch to photoshop 2022 (it was worse). I also tried to add more to her virtual memory (which solved another problem unrelated to photoshop by the way) without success.

I'm a bit out of ideas and I would like to have your help. Everything I find on the internet doesn't really help me.
