How do I make adjustments to a picture with two strong color casts?

I've watched several helpful videos on youtube on how to fix the white balance and remove/fix color casts but I can't seem to implement them when trying to edit a picture with more than one vivid color casts.
End result looks so dulled down/desaturated. I can't get the skin to look natural. This is the picture I'm trying to edit. Any technique on how to adjust images similar to this one? Thanks!
