I've spent the last few hours very aggravated over deciding to update to the latest version (and deleting some of my previous files due to local storage issues).

Pen Pressure issues seem to have been solved by creating a .txt file titled "PSUserConfig" in your PhotoShop Settings folder (under AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2020\Adobe Photoshop 2020 Settings), and disabling Windows Ink afterwards.

So to those of you who've suffered due to this issue... let's celebrate! And happy brushing!
