APU or discrete 2012 GPU?

Hi guys, I have a 3200G ryzen with Vega 8, but photoshop (2018) has serious lag on brush. I try to install my old HD 7750 gpu and nothing change... Do you think should I:
Sell my CPU and buy a ryzen 5 APU
Buy a low end nvidia gpu like the GT 730
Buy another ram dimm (I have single channel 8 GB)
I just need to digital paint. And I have a low budget. So I can chose only one of that option. If there is some tweak or using an old CC version is even better. If can help: serif affinity photo as no lag issue
