Photoshop doesn't embed fonts in pdf when using faux bold or italics
Post Body

This might be common knowledge, but I've never encountered this problem before. I made a series of designs which were going to be printed. Some of the designs contained copy which used fonts with faux bold or italics enabled. Whenever I did a faux bold / itals the fonts would not be embedded in my 'press quality' pdf. Disabling the effect caused the fonts to embed fine. This happened regardless of preserving pdf editing ability.

This was a painful discovery for me which took hours. Is this a new problem, or has it always been this way?

Thanks!
