Photoshop CC bugging out. Want a fresh install - do I need to remove all CC programs?

TLDR: Running into frequent errors. I want to completely uninstall Photoshop so I can make a fresh install, but not sure if I need to do a full wipe of all Adobe progs or is PS enough? Can I run CC cleaner while keeping InDesign, Illustrator, and Audition installed? (And yes I've reset preferences several times.)

Title says most of it. Photoshop is giving me all sorts of errors. (Legit subscription) Repeated unexpected end of file errors for the action palette, patch selection tool selects in some weird dotted matrix and errors out. Files opening, but not showing.

I've always had spotty issues with GPU - constantly changing those settings trying to improve performance. But AFAIK my specs are compatible. (intel iris xe)

Things really started getting bad yesterday and the only changes made were installing Baldur's Gate 3 from Steam running from an external SSD.

ANYWAY my next option is to completely uninstall and reinstall Photoshop, but not sure if I need to do a full wipe of all Adobe progs or is PS enough? Can I run CC cleaner while keeping InDesign, Illustrator, and Audition installed? After that is a full system wipe but that is SUCH a pain.

I need Photoshop for work, daily. So this has to get fixed. And yes I've reset preferences several times.
