Fix for angled and glarey photos of Great Grandparents

Hi all, a few years ago my grandmothers house burned down and she lost all of her photos. She has nothing left of her parents but these angled photos. I was hoping to print these out as a 98th birthday present as they were her favorite. Is it possible to edit the photos so they aren't angled, crop border/frame and possibly get rid of the glare/reflections? Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you
