new to photopea how to get the color of a certain part of an image saved to use as a brush

basically I am trying to get rid an object a person is holding by masking it with the color of the object via painting over it. how do I save that color so i can paint over it im used to photoshop were i can do this via checking the colors in each layer and going from there but i assume its different here.
