When I started I shot everything since I didn't know what I liked and disliked. After a few years now, I guess I've started to narrow it down a bit (likes: street, fashion, portraits, people; dislike: wedding, event, nature, landscape, product; neutral: sports, runway).
Right now I'm just working quite a bit on developing more consistent control over studio lighting and better post processing and posing people.
I think that my post processing has a lot of room for improvement, as for the most part it's fix WB and export to JPG. Especially for studio portraiture and headshots, I can definitely clean it up better and try different lighting setups.
For the immediate future, I probably want to work on street portraits like the 100 Strangers project. As for studio, I got some paper and tile board so I'd like to do some full portrait and/or fashion shots but space is limited.
Oh, that and I'm (unfortunately) a bit of a gear whore so I've been carrying just body prime for some photowalks and it has been liberating.
