I know this question has been asked many times, but I'm still having trouble making up my mind. I take a lot of food pictures (thanks to my iphone) with some family, nature, and music festival pictures thrown in. I want to start taking pictures that weren't taken from a phone and was looking into DSLR's, but they're a bit pricey and bulky. Which would you say is better for a noob hobbyist?

I am currently leaning towards the a6000 and would you say it is worth to get the kit lens or just the body and a better lens?
